The aim of this paper is to examine how Indigenous Australians have contributed to Australian sports, and more importantly, how it changed their lives. This essay offers some significant insights into the Aboriginal sport culture, how the tent-boxing troupes operated and whether there is a connection between marngrook and the Australian Football League or not.
