The thesis reviews the pharmacological properties of the psychedelic drugs Psylocibin, LSD, DMT and Ibogaine and review it's clinical potential in the literature. Looks at the agonistic effect of psychedelics on Serotonin receptor family and on their effects on neuroplasticity. It examines safety profiles, potential risk and clinical potential.
