dc.description.abstractThe thesis examines the impact of tourism on trade within the European Union, utilizing data on bilateral tourists, export values, GDP, and distance from 2010 to 2021. Employing the gravity model, it quantitatively analyzes how EU tourism contributes to international trade, thereby fostering economic growth. Studying EU tourism-export offers insights into how the Union facilitates international trade through tourism, enhancing our understanding of its role in economic development.
