The aim of my thesis was to research how to implement sustainability ideas into corporation policies and businesses. I gathered information about sustainability, sustainable business models, and practical approach for sustainability by conducting questionnaires. I have worked as an intern in a large company in Azerbaijan and Hungary, and after my experience in Hungary, I realized that there was a huge difference in terms of sustainability in these different companies. After this experience, I wanted to develop and conduct 2 questionnaire surveys in Azerbaijan and Hungary as a method. By this, I aimed to find out if employees were aware of sustainable business practices of their workplace, and if they were satisfied with the quality of these practices.hu_HU
