Absztrakt

Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury is one of the important phenomenon after liver resection surgery and liver transplantation. Detailed mechanism is still unclear, but the inflammatory process and oxidative response are considered to be a major role in hepatic IRI. PM, THVE, IP, and ischemic post-condition are mainly used from the aspect of surgical methods. There are some approaches used in clinical practice such as activation of the antioxidant by preconditioning, time reduction of ischemia and suppression of inflammatory mediators. Pharmacological approaches include preoperative administration of prednisolone, intraoperative administration of trimetazidine, and postoperative administration of high concentration of glucose and urinary trypsin inhibitor.
