dc.description.abstractIt is not easy to bridge the gap between the labour market expectations and our students’ foreign language competence. It is a real challenge for the language teacher, and at the same time, it is a permanent motivation for innovation and perfection. I wish to present how blended learning in its broad sense has been used at English language teaching at the college. I do believe that both language learning and life-long language practice can be made more effective and more enjoyable by changing methodological concepts, exploiting ICT, applying tasks that enhance communicative competence.en
dc.description.abstractNem könnyű áthidalni a munkaerő-piaci elvárások és a főiskolás hallgatóink idegen nyelvi kompetenciái közötti szakadékot. Igazi kihívás ez a nyelvtanár számára és egyúttal folyamatos motiváció is az újításra, tökéletesítésre. Előadásomban beszámolok azokról a próbálkozásokról, amelyek a tágabb értelemben vett blended learning főiskolai angol nyelvoktatásban történő alkalmazására irányulnak. Meggyőződésem, hogy módszertani paradigmaváltással, az info-kommunikációs technológia kiaknázásával, a kommunikatív kompetenciát fejlesztő munkaformák alkalmazásával hatékonyabbá és élvezetesebbé tehető mind a nyelvtanulás, mind az élethosszig tartó nyelvgyakorlás.hu
