Absztrakt
The poor performance and closure of companies in Nigeria have been a great concern generality of people including the government. This is due to loss of jobs and revenue for the country. This study therefore investigates the effects of strategic management on the performance of an organisation using Peugeot automobile Nigeria (PAN) plc, Kaduna, Nigeria as the case study. Thus three objective are raised to guide the study. These include the effect of strategic management on operational performance and organisational profitability.
