One of the world wide greatest problem is DM type 2 which has become a major public health concern. It is mostly attack from the age of 40 to 60 in both poles poor and rich as well. Based on this problem, different prevention programs have been used over the years to prevent the ratio of diabetic victims though different awareness programs too. The aim of these programs to decrease the risk factors and in so doing enhancing the protective factors. In Pakistan DM type 2 is psychologically very much seriously treated because in developing country disease which has life time treatment and medication become threatening and through awareness programs they will be able to deal this disease positively .In this study try to rooted out factors effecting on ratio of diabetic victims, analysis of its ratio, risk, consequences and possible prevention are discussed.
