Shortly after the ratification of the Prohibition Act the Italian-American mafia-families took control of the biggest cities and crime lords arose like Al „Scarface” Capone. This man was able to make an inconceivable amount of wealth from alcohol illegally. He realized well that alcoholic people would not give up their habit, and he saw that the biggest part of the society consumes alcohol more or less regularly. [...] Some of these films are specificially about Al Capone while others are only about Capone-like mobsters, gangsters or mafias. I intentionally chose different genress: each of them perfectly reveals a very remarkable side of the mobster-existence. I will highlight the conception and way of understandins mafias or mobsters of mafia-film directors; and of course I will share my personal analysis after watching these films. Additionally, in this part I will try to answer the question: who was this man, a hero or a villain? Why is it possible that there are people who like, or what is more, admire this man?hu_HU
