Due to the high rate of corruption and religious crises in Nigeria, children and women are the most exposed and endangered victims in terms of sexual, physical and emotional violence.Girls between the ages of 10-14 years old are married off early in the North East which has given rise to a high incidence of a disease called Vaginal Vascular Fistula (VVF). Tackling the root cause(s) of child malnutrition is the best way to reduce the high rate of child under nutrition. By the reason of malnutrition, many children have retarded growth and their physical and mental development have been affected. Most children are violated and it cuts across social and economic statues. ,It affects both the rich and poor, those in rural and urban area, the educated and the illiterate among them, so there is need for governmental and other non governmental organisations to take action in order to end violence against children.
