This thesis is aiming to provide a deeper understanding of the characteristics and behaviors of the leader in different cultural contexts. The characteristics and behaviors of leaders are an important part of leadership research. It’s essential for leaders to understand their employees’ need, develop their competence, build trust with employees, learn more knowledge, cope with problems in the global context.
