dc.description.abstractADHF is a clinical syndrome and carries a high risk of morbidity and mortality . Identifying and having proper management is very crucia. It is characterized by fatigue, shortness of breath, and peripheral edema due to cardiac impairment, which usually requires hospitalization or urgent medical care. The prevalence of ADHF increases in people over 65 years of age and is associated with recurrent readmissions and higher mortality. To achieve the best Therapeutic strategy, ADHF should be diagnosed as soon as possible, along with the identification of its causes. ADHF is typically diagnosed clinically. Other diagnostic methods include biomarkers particularly natriuretic peptide assays, Remote Dielectric Sensing (ReDS), and in some circumstances, invasive hemodynamic measurements. Treatments available for ADHF patients are very limited. Symptoms can be improved by therapeutic interventions such as diuretics, vasodilators, natriuretic peptides, and positive inotropes. Due to the increasing number of patients with ADHF and the failure of initial treatments, more research is still needed to develop newer and more effective treatments
