Absztrakt

The objective of this research is to study the contribution of the international business law in franchising process worldwide. To accomplish this objective, the literature related to this issue was collected for discussing the subject. The descriptive and comparison approach was used to reach the results and answer the research questions. The results showed that the franchising is considered very important process to expand business and to move from one market to another. The results showed that the franchise will contribute of economic mutual benefits of franchisor and franchisee. The results showed that there should be some basic components to build a success franchising. Concerning the internal business law and franchising, the results showed that there is a lack of direct international business law that organize the franchising process. The results showed that the franchising laws are regulated with each country and varied from country to another according to the economics benefits. The protection of franchising process depend on the integration of contracts that regulates the franchising between companies. Also, the research indicated that most of the conflict places are in the working area of the franchise, the legal courts that solve any conflicts and the experience of both parties in franchising.
