To begin with, the aim of the thesis is to represent the life of those Hungarians, who went to the United States after the Hungarian Revolution and War of Independence of 1956. Well, there are many Hungarians who live in other countries. Even more waves of Hungarian immigrants went to the United States during the last century. It is important and interesting to know what happened to them after they left the country, how they live there, what are the new traditions they have? This thesis gives answers to these questions.hu_HU
