Attitudes Towards Environmentalism in Hungary and in the United States
Absztrakt
The following thesis sheds light on environmental problems and its consequences society has to face. Furthermore, it examines how people react to certain environmental problems and how they act against them. Important points examined include eco-anxiety and egoistic, altruistic and biospheric attitudes. This thesis discusses veganism and zero-waste as well, most importantly their benefits to society. Moreover, it also includes an online survey about how Hungarian and American people contribute to environmentalism.
