Absztrakt
This thesis tries to clarify the complex interactions between trade agreements and immigration in the North American context using a combination of rigorous empirical research, policy review, and qualitative observations. By doing this, it hopes to further our knowledge of how economic factors influence how people move about and the laws that are put in place to control it. Additionally, it aims to provide insightful analysis into the larger effects of trade agreements in a connected world where human and economic mobility are inextricably linked
