dc.description.abstractIn my thesis I'm talking about the violent crimes against life, especially the homicide and the privileged case of this crime, the voluntary manslaughter. I tried to write different kind of problems and aspects which are belong to these kind of crimes. These problems are the euthanasia, the medicine questions of the menslaughter, different kind of contexts with other briefs and delimitation questions from other facts. I wrote a view which belongs to criminal procedure questions about this crime, and the criminal statistics of the homicide. I wrote about a hungarian serial killer just for the sake of curiosity. It's an isteresting theme, that's why I chose them for the topic of my thesis.hu_HU
