dc.description.abstractWhile there are positive trends in economic growth in the EU Member States, there are also challenges that are a long-term concern. These include, for example, unfavourable labour market dynamics, leading to an increase in social inequalities (Artner 2018). The European Economic and Social Committee stresses that young people can play an important role in addressing inequalities and socio-economic challenges, contributing to the future stability and prosperity of the EU (European Economic and Social Committee 2021). To this end, policies should support young people’s education, training and active participation in the labour market. The Lost Millennials project, coordinated by the HÉTFA Research Institute, and the project “Incorpora - for responsible employment”, implemented by the Maltese Care Nonprofit Ltd. and its partners, will be presented and their results analysed, while the study will also review national and international trends in the NEET group.en
dc.description.abstractAz Európai Unió tagállamaiban, miközben a gazdasági növekedésben pozitív trendek tapasztalhatók, olyan kihívások is felmerülnek, amelyek hosszú távon aggodalomra adhatnak okot. Ilyen például a munkaerőpiac kedvezőtlenül alakuló dinamikája, ami a társadalmi egyenlőtlenségek növekedését eredményezi (Artner 2018). Az Európai Gazdasági és Szociális Bizottság hangsúlyozza, hogy a fiatalok fontos szerepet játszhatnak az egyenlőtlenségek és gazdasági-társadalmi kihívások kezelésében, elősegítve az EU jövőbeli stabilitását és prosperitását (Európai Gazdasági és Szociális Bizottság 2021). Ennek érdekében a szakpolitikai intézkedéseknek támogatniuk kell a fiatalok oktatását, képzését és aktív részvételüket a munkaerőpiaci folyamatokban. A HÉTFA Kutatóintézet által koordinált Lost Millennials projekt, valamint a Máltai Gondoskodás Nonprofit Kft. és partnerei által megvalósított „Incorpora – a felelős foglalkoztatásért” projekt bemutatására és eredményeinek elemzésére is sor kerül, miközben a tanulmány a NEET-csoportra vonatkozó hazai és nemzetközi tendenciákat is áttekinti.hu
