New pharmacological treatments of Parkinson's disease
Absztrakt
Parkinsonism is a clinical syndrome that consists of rigidity, resting tremor, bradykinesia and postural instability. The prototypical parkinsonian disease is Parkinson's disease. The mainstay of treatment of Parkinson's disease is levodopa, but due to it's side effects, new drugs are being developed to alleviate the clinical symptoms of the disease.
