dc.description.abstractAz aspirin, és a thienopiridinek közé tartozó clopidogrel a koronária betegek antitrombocita kezelésének alappillérei. Az aspirin terápia mellett ismétlődő kardiovasculáris események miatt alakult ki az aspirin rezisztencia fogalma. Jelen vizsgálatunkban korábban kidolgozott gold standard módszerrel igazoljuk az aspirin rezisztencia hiányát. Kettős TAG kezelés esetében a monoterápia esetén alkalmazott trombocita funkciós tesztek fals eredményt adhatnak. Munkánk során igazoltuk, melyek azok a trombocita funkciós tesztek, amelyek kettős TAG kezelés során az aspirin, illetve a clopidogrel hatékonyságát mutatják. Acetyl-salicic acid, and clopidogrel, wich belongs to the thienopyridin group, are the cornerstones in the antitrombotic treatment of patients with coronary artery disease. The recurrent cardiovascular events besides ASA therapy has led to create the aspirin resistance phenomenon. In our study the lack of aspirin resistance in patients with coronary artery disease was established using a previously defined gold standard method. In case of double antiplatelet therapy the laboratory tests used in case of monotherapy can produce fals results. In our study we verified those tests, wich clearly shows the efficacy of aspirin or clopidogrel therapy.hu_HU
