I have discussed the most important aspects of Vitamin K antagonist and NOAC’s. Having looked at their pharmacological profiles, indications and may other factors, it has allowed for a comparison of the 2 groups. The review of literature and clinical trials has provided further understanding and a strong comparison of their uses in different clinical scenarios.
