dc.description.abstractIn this study first of all we will see the literature review in both project management and marketing management in gold industry. In this early chapter we will investigate project management itself and its connection in gold mining and the effect of gold mining in environment pollution. In marketing management part we will investigate the gold marketing and how it came to the market. In the next chapter, which will be the empirical research of this study, we will investigate the methodology and implementation of running jewelry shop in Iran and we will discuss about project activities and duration, project budget and human resources, responsibility matrix, risk assessment and risk impact matrix, network diagram (AON), Gantt chart, histogram, s curve and also we will discuss about gold quality measurement and its effect on gold pricing, also we will discuss abut global events and its effect on gold pricing and at the end of this study we will compare gold market in Iran and USA.hu_HU
