dc.description.abstractThe research was to evaluate the quality and physicochemical characteristics of honeys from different sources in Hungary. The results were used to estimate the honey with the highest nutritional value and how it defers from the other honey samples. In conclusion, sunflower honey was observed to have the recommended level of the properties as compared to the others.hu_HU
