dc.description.abstractThis dissertation attempts to study the implementation of ERP systems in human capital management (HCM) as one of the core modules of SAP ERP system. For the company to excel, Human resource (HR) department is one of the most important functionalities in the company. This department is responsible for many activities that a company performs like to hire, reward, attract, train, and sometimes terminate the employees. It interacts with almost all the department in the organization in a way that, the decisions made by this department can affect every department in the company. The main focus of this thesis is to look at the practical manner on how the organizations employ SAP ERP systems in the human capital management (HCM) processes.hu_HU
