To expose impacted canines associated with its situation, a variety of surgical and orthodontics procedures may be performed. The main aspects of the effective therapy of impacted canines include precise assessment, conservative handling of the soft tissues, choosing the most suitable surgical intervention, a firm fixation system, and the alignment of the orthodontic traction. Dentists can prevent the occurrence of ectopic eruption and the resulting retention of the canine by correctly evaluating and treating patients. The straightforward interceptive approach for preventing the impaction of permanent canines is the early removal of primary canines.
