There is significant developing of psychology and its treatment based on cases. However, psychotic disorder is hard to be catergorized due to similarity of symptoms and unknown pathmechanism. Also there is difficult to follow up patient by recurrence of symptom and life long disease. But nowadays, many study show evidence of risk factors, such like stress, trauma, epigenetics, genetic mutation (specific loci). Therefore, prevention of secondary psychosis or recurrent psychotic disorder is developing rapidly. Also new aspect of treatment is developing by changes of approach.
