Muscle weakness is characterized by lower than usual muscle strength during voluntary contraction. The sedentary lifestyle of University students who spend most of their days in sitting position may present this problem. The aim of this thesis was to show the effect of proper physical activity and exercises in improving muscle strength and posture. An 8-week intercession program was completed, students performed practices 2 times each week. After the intervention, information was gathered and surveyed utilising Microsoft excel, we determined the mean, standard deviation and p-value by utilising the t-test to set up the significance. The outcome indicates that there is proof that physical activity training positively affects muscle weakness and painhu_HU
