The international process has several barriers and challenges. The well-worked strategy and action plan can overcome these difficulties. Deliberate international market building is necessary. The Stylist-Jewels LLc.'s main startegy is to build its own international market. The United Kingdom is the one of its goals so I created concrete action plan for UK market. I used many researches such as secondary and primary research. I created the company's SWOT analysis, and matrix, UK's Porter's Diamond model.I made a questionnaire and some in-depth interviews as well. Finally, after my researches I worked out a concrete action plan for ZEMA to enter the UK market.
