The thesis outlines the importance of early medical intervention in stroke and its subsequent management guidelines. Alongside the medical treatment , the prevention strategies used in stroke are also covered in the literature of the thesis. Special emphasis is put upon the identification of risk factors of stroke along with other contributing factors which lead to the development of stroke and how their subsequent management.
