PICN materials are a choice to consider as a restorative material because of their elastic modulus close to a tooth structure, flexural strength, and less hardness than ceramics, also with the addition of hydroxyapatite nano powders, the biocompatibility of PICNs can be enhanced and good mechanical properties can be achieved. They are indicated to use in minimally invasive restorations, posterior crowns, veneers, posterior teeth inlays, and onlays and on the implant supported crown.
