dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study and survey is to offer relevant information concerning the therapeutic application of these agents. By focusing and understanding the types and forms used, their mechanism of action, their medical applications and adverse effects. It is also to evaluate the extent of the therapy and also analyzing the factors prompting this practice such as the historical, psychosocial, cultural, behavioral, socioeconomic, environmental determinants and also highlighting ethical concerns.
