Formulation and characterisation of modified-release diclofenac tablets

Abstract

Modified-Release dosage forms have shown great benefits that conventional dosage forms do not exhibit. They show a promising approach for drugs that require unconventional delivery for the benefit of reduced side effects, or even greater compliance. This highlights the categorisation of modified release tablets. it also includes the production and testing of said dosage form.
