This writing might not be the most developed you will ever see, but it is something that nobody has ever tried before. I will try to introduce the sitcom, as a genre, I will present a classification of these sitcoms, and I will also try to show what kind of social issues can be found in the series. First I will introduce the classification itself, how different sitcoms can be presented, how Richard F. Taflinger or Bert Ehrmann can divide between the sitcoms and also the idea of whether a sitcom is animated or not. Then, I will show the historical background for the sitcoms. After that, I will talk about social criticism, how it is represented in the sitcoms, and following this, I will talk about the different issues that are represented in the social context in each of the sitcoms. I will talk about humor, homosexuality, gender issues, politics and religion and also environmentalism. There are many other issues that we can find in these sitcoms, but right now, I would like to show these.
