dc.description.abstractI discovered that youth and women are underrepresented in the labor market, so I investigated them. This article explores the unemployment situation of young people and females in China, comparing it with other countries. It also discusses the factors that contribute to the high youth unemployment rate in China and the difficulties women face in the labor market. Finally, I gave my suggestions for reducing the unemployment rate of women and youth in China.
