In my thesis, I will start with the specific study of the situation of homosexuality in the Ming Dynasty and to figure out the reasons of its prevalence, and then compare it with the stagnant situation in contemporary China and to examine the reasons and drawbacks of the its stagnancy. In the last part, I would like to present the basic knowledge about homosexuality to avoid misunderstanding and the contributions that Chinese and Western scholars and the ordinary people have made so far to bestow LGBT groups more voice and presence in society, let it no longer be isolated and marginalized.hu_HU
