The thesis is concerned to give an overview regarding art. 101 TFEU, focusing on the concept of 'undertaking' and its place in EU competition law. Starting with its definition the paper analyzes the concept and the boudaries of an undertaking, and with this give a summary with regards of the EU competition policy.
