This thesis describes the chronic inflammatory disease Ulcerative Colitis and it's clinical manifestations as well as it's classification. The goal of this paper is to present the possible biological treatments and its proximity to achieving clinical and endoscopic remission in patients with mild, moderate, and severe disease.
