The European Union Trade Mark Reform has brought a new definition upon trade mark. In the view of the legislative reform a sign no longer has to be capable of being represented graphically to be protected as a trade mark. In this paper I am dealing with the cancellation procedure of the EUTM, namely with the procedure of invalidity and revocation.
