The study aims to increase awareness of the importance of organic wine production in the context of development, management, and policy. A survey was conducted with 93 respondents aged 18-65, most of whom were Hungarians and international students studying in Hungary. Organic wine is becoming increasingly popular due to its health benefits, environmental sustainability, and unique taste. Organic wine production involves growing grapes without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers and must meet specific requirements. The market is growing due to consumers becoming more aware of the health and environmental benefits of organic products. Social media and online marketing have become increasingly important in recent years, and collaboration with restaurants, wine bars, and other industry partners can help raise awareness and build credibility with consumers.
