Mary II, the Ungrateful Daughter of King James II

Abstract

The Glorious Revolution brought unusual events in the history of seventeenth century of England. After this great landmark of Great Britain's history, a daughter, a wife, a woman came to the throne. This determined woman was Mary II. This thesi wishes to explore how Mary II and her sister Anne deposed their father from the throne, with a special emphasis on the real background to this event.
