The present study was conducted with an aim to define the effect of yoga on the health of university students. Feedback measurement has been taken to determine how the students had benefited from the practice of yoga. The result of the research indicated the statistical improvement in various parameter such as better sense of well-being, improved efficiency, better sleep, increased physical activity, increased healthy eating, improved concentration and optimistic outlook toward continuing yoga in future were some of the beneficial effect indicated by the feedback score and enjoyed by the yoga group.
