NSAIDS, opiods, antidepressants, and anticonvulsants are the commonly used ones. neuropathic pain is mostly managed with anticonvulsants and antidepressants. Adverse drug effect should be considered before drug administration. Also, the tolerability profile of the patient should be looked into before drug use.
