dc.description.abstract | This research aims to investigate HPMC capsules containing natural herbs with high antioxidant activity. We want to develop HPMC capsules containing Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek), Silybum marianum (Milk thistle) and Paprika and investigate their solubility, absorbance and determining their antioxidant activity based on Spectophotometry and using the DPPH assay. This paper contains information on the herbs used, active ingredients present, their dosage and use in various illnesses and conditions. It also includes results on the experiment carried out and analysis of the antioxidant capacity of the herbs individually and when mixed. | hu_HU |
