dc.description.abstractThis thesis is focused on the topic of conflict. In the literature review part, conflict is introduced in a detailed way. Then in the material and method part, the questionnaire research is introduced which focused on a comparison of conflict-handling styles of Chinese and Hungarian university students. The research results find out some variables like nationality and gender do influence conflict-handling preference while the influence of the study year is not obvious. Meanwhile, an appeal of handling conflicts in a collaborating way is given out.hu_HU
