This paper aimed to further both theoretical understanding and real-world understanding of the integration of recent immigrant workers into Hungarian businesses. The multinational companies in Hungary can fully utilize their workforce, cultivate an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative organizational culture, and guarantee employee retention and satisfaction by comprehending the viewpoints of their workforce and tackling the obstacles related to international onboarding and intercultural organizational communication. In view of the literature review and analysis of the data collected by surveying the international workers in the Hungarian companies, it was possible to observe that, although the Human Resources Management department in these organizations has implemented many actions to improve the internal communication and insertion of these employees, the complete inclusion is not yet achieved. With this research, it was possible not only to have an understanding on the perception of the international workers in Hungary, but also to have valuable insights for developing strategies that facilitate the seamless integration of foreign employees, ultimately contributing to the success of multinational operations in Hungary.
