dc.description.abstractThe study explores the electronic bill of lading thoroughly and its recognition under International Legislation. It analyzes the legal recognition of electronic bill of lading under Turkish law and EU law. The recognition matter is examined in detail from various perspectives such as practical application. Therefore, the effect of the recognition of eB/L to maritime trade relations of two regions was clarified. Lastly, study includes recommendations on how to benefit from electronic bill of lading in maritime trade aspects.
