The thesis comprehensively explores the current landscape of advanced pharmacotherapy, delving into conventional and novel treatment modalities. The epidemiology and clinical manifestations of multiple myeloma set the stage for understanding the need for continuous innovation in therapeutic approaches. The thesis examines the intricacies of conventional therapies, detailing their mechanisms of action and clinical implications. Beyond the conventional, the narrative shifts to advanced pharmacotherapeutic interventions, encompassing immunomodulatory agents, proteasome inhibitors, and emerging cellular therapies.
