This thesis contains clinical overview of pulmonary hypertension, mainly the pharmacological management. This thesis is also composed of detailed description of the disease, how it starts, the classification of the disease, the main pathomechanism behind the narrowing of vessels and especially the role of the endothelium in the development of the disease. It also contains the various diagnostic work-up and algorithms that are usually followed when diagnosing the disease.
