For my thesis I have chosen the topic of the electronic banking services of the Turkish Isbank because of two reasons. On one hand I have always been interested in the world of banking, innovations and the internet. That is why I would like to know more about the internet banking because it is the mix of the two topics which I am interested in. On the other hand I am a Turkish student who is studying in Hungary and I would like to give a view of the popularity of the Turkish electronic banking services.
