Strong bones will make a man be healthy and active, and a distingue soul decide this man’s personality. It seems like an organization. A well-designed and fitted structure would increase efficiency and decrease conflicts. On the other hand, a strong organizational culture would have a great influence on the behavior of its members and demonstrates high agreement among members about what the organization stands for.
