dc.description.abstractIf we explained an organization as a human being, the organizational structure should be bones, and organizational culture should be soul. Strong bones will make a man be healthy and active, and a distingue soul decide this man’s personality. It seems like an organization. A well-designed and fitted structure would increase efficiency and decrease conflicts. On the other hand, a strong organizational culture would have a great influence on the behavior of its members and demonstrates high agreement among members about what the organization stands for. Conflicts are the tumors of human body, if people ignore them, will get diseases. Seriously, tumors will affect the spirit of a person.hu_HU
